We are current looking for a Contract Sales Coordinator to join our team! This role is to support the continued growth of the Contract sales team, by offering front line support to our store requests, facilitating margin support and sales office functions of the team whilst working closely with our contract sales managers to ensure our store teams receive exceptional service levels. This role is offered on a 12m Fixed term contract.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional approach.
- Provide accurate advice, guidance, and support to store teams in response to frontline enquiries.
- Continuously review, develop, and improve existing processes and ways of working.
- Protect company margin by identifying inappropriate use of Contract Sales and Margin Support processes, while recognising opportunities to convert margin support requests into Contract Sales opportunities.
- Champion and role model effective Contract Sales selling techniques and best practices.
- Provide external customers with accurate product information, advice, and specification guidance.
- Support Contract Sales Managers with lead management, project coordination, and customer support activities.
- Ensure all enquiries and requests are managed efficiently and resolved to a high standard.
People and Collaboration
- Take ownership of outstanding leads, enquiries, and ongoing projects.
- Consistently strive to deliver exceptional service levels to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to achieve the best outcomes for customers and the business.
- Build positive working relationships with store teams and key stakeholders across the organisation
Financial & Commercial
- Support the continued growth and success of the Contract Sales department.
- Assist in identifying sales opportunities and maximising commercial potential.
- Contribute to periodic reporting and performance analysis.
- Support business objectives through effective administration of margin support and sales processes.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

- Commercially aware with sound business acumen and an understanding of how actions impact sales, margin, and customer experience.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to analyse and extract data, producing meaningful reports, tables, and graphs that support business insight and decision-making.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a desire to exceed expectations and contribute to team success.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across the business.
